LA PAZ - COPACABANA - ISLA DEL SOL (2 DÍAS/ 1 NOCHE)
We will start our adventure with pick-up from your hotel for later transfer in private tourist transport – consult (create link – mail info@isandestours.com) to the town of Copacabana. On the way we will make stops to take spectacular photographs, as a background the mountain range of the Andes. In the middle of the road we will make a stop where we will board some motorboats to cross the Strait of Tiquina, for approx. 15 min. And you'll be able to take photos of the seagulls flying around your boat.
After an hour we arrive at the town of Copacabana, place of residence of the Virgin of Candelaria, we will visit the church of the Virgin of the Dark, in Renaissance style, Latin cross type. And then we go to the local market of the town to see the freshly fresh products harvested from the land.
Afterwards we move to the shores of the lake where we will board our boat to the island of the sun, cradle of cultures in South America. Arriving we will have the stairs, the final one awaits us the sacred fountain of the Incas, with three springs, that the water comes out of the center of the island. We will visit the garden of the Incas, the palace of Pilkokaina. Afterwards we will have our apthapi lunch with local ingredients.

If symptoms persist or worsen, it is best to seek medical attention, as it can be more serious than simple altitude sickness. The best solution is to acclimatize with a day or two of rest.
